With a philosophy of life drawing from Eastern and Western thought, Susan seeks
to embrace and learn from the joys and challenges of living in each moment, with
acceptance, spontaneity, and compassion. Her approach to therapy promotes
self awareness, self-care, and self-leadership. Susan believes that through individual
growth and development we each contribute to healing and caring for each other and
    our planet.

issues, self esteem, and personal growth. She is a highly skilled group facilitator and
has presented at professional conferences and trainings. Providing clinical
supervision to other therapists and students entering the field has also been one of
the many rewards Susan has found in her career.

psychotherapist and counselor specializing in work with adult individuals and
couples. She draws from both her personal and professional experience. Her work
