How it works

- Bring photo ID.
- Provide your sample at our Shoreline office.
- We explain how and when you will receive results.
Price and hours
Price: $80
Testing hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (closed holidays)
Testing is private. Results are released only to you or to parties you authorize in writing.
